I would love to bake these biscuits but what if you don't have heavy cream or whipping cream? You may use half and half, whole milk or 2% milk. You will probably not need as much liquid if you use one of these substitutions. The dough should be cohesive enough to pat into a disc. Have fun! Elisabeth
