I used Italian Seasoning mix instead of herbs de Provence and no pizza dough flavor. Did not oil the pan, ended up dusting the dough with flour, so I could roll it out and cut it. The top seasonings never made it to the bread sticks. Ok, I broke the recipe, but the bread was awesome, next time I want to make it into an Italian Loaf and bake it in my Italian loaf pan. Should make an awesome Italian loaf.
