Love these rolls; they're our go to for Hoagies and/or sandwich rolls.
Question: I'd like to add grated cheddar cheese and diced Jalapeño peppers. Can I add them at the start and stretch/fold as scheduled or will I need to make any adjustments to the wet/dry ingredients?
