I am generally having a hard time obtaining holes in my breads- can you suggest some technics for helping to achieve holes? The English muffin recipe and this one are two examples of recipes I’ve been having trouble with. (Although both have made delicious breads- just looking for ways to achieve more “nooks and crannies”.
