Thank you for this wonderful recipe and very helpful step by step guide. I am a brand new bread baker. I stuck to the recipe as closely as possible and was delighted and thrilled with the results. I came to your recipe in search of a good sandwich roll. I couldn't buy anything decent, so I thought, right, I will just try and make them myself. Definitely came into this intimidated, as bread baking seems to have that effect on most who have never attempted it. I tried a few recipes. I got over my fear but just didn't get the roll I was looking for. This is it! I will make these again and again. We're making BLT's with them today!
