Sorry, not understanding your question. Here are the recipe ingredients, as listed on the recipe page. Looks like 2 teaspoons salt to me? 4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon instant yeast 3 tablespoons Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk powder 1 1/2 cups cool water 1/4 cup olive oil Can you clarify where you might have seen 1 teaspoon salt, Robert?
