Connie, thanks so much for all your enthusiasm and kind words here! I just enjoyed one of those rolls at supper tonight - cut it lengthwise, brushed with olive oil, and toasted in the oven until crunchy. They're quickly becoming my favorite, too; and I love how the dough "kneads itself" so nicely, don't you? Welcome to the King Arthur family, BTW - thanks so much for inviting us into your kitchen.
