I have become addicted to the book, Bread in five minutes A Day. Can this recipe be started the day before and left in the fridge overnite?

Yes, sure. Just let the dough rise for about 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate, covered, overnight. Next day, shape the rolls (it'll be easier, since the dough is cold), and let rise until puffy. This will take longer than the recipe indicates, since the dough will be cold.
