"Lightly grease paper muffin cups" Is this necessary? I've never greased the muffin liners and they always peel off easily. Is there something about this recipe that requires greasing? I can't imagine trying to grease all those little folds. Thanks We find that it helps to prevent sticking, but if you don't have that issue then you certainly do not need to spray your papers.-Jon
