While we haven't tried that, Sheila, we think it should work nicely. The coffeecake will likely need to be baked longer than the amount of time suggested here (45-60 minutes), so be sure to test for doneness by inserting a toothpick or long skewer into the cake. If the top starts to brown quickly, you can tent it with foil until it has finished baking. Enjoy! Kye@KAF
