Brenda, we have a great Gluten-Free Banana Bread Mix that can be made into muffins (http://bit.ly/1KysLZp) as well as a recipe for making Gluten-Free Banana Muffins from scratch (http://bit.ly/2cRc98P), but we haven't worked out a banana adaptation for this muffin mix.
