Lori, the Gluten-Free Muffin Mix has lots of other ingredients added to it that the Gluten-Free Flour does not contain, so we don't recommend making this swap. We do, however, have two other tasty gluten-free coffeecake recipes that use our Gluten-Free Baking Mix, which you may want to try. Check them out our Gluten-Free Upside-Down Coffeecake and our Gluten-Free Cinnamon-Streusel Coffeecake. Both great choices! Kye@KAF
