Esme, go ahead and use cranberries in place of blueberries if they are calling to you. And feel free to use fresh, but I would suggest using 1 cup of fresh cranberries for every 1/2 cup of dried, and you may need to chop them in half if they are big. Happy baking, Bryanna@KAF
