A long time a go a very smart person told me never to learn how to do something that you don’t want to have to keep doing. This is my advice for anyone trying this recipe. Even my first attempt came out delicious…don’t know if it had a lot of crags or crannies, we were too busy eating the muffins. They freeze beautifully and at least at my house, they didn’t last a month. So, if you make them, prepare to make them from now on. Store bought taste like buttered cardboard by comparison.
