i feel like this is one of those "face-palm" moments that makes complete sense and I should have thought of it before. I'm going to do this when I make my Passover Kichel on sunday - so the sugar sticks perfectly! HI there, I did this with sugar as well, using table sugar, sparkling white sugar and turbinado sugar. It was lovely and crunchy and it went fast in the break room. ~ MaryJane
