Question: assuming that you don't want the seeds throughout the braided loaf, could you braid it first and then brush very lightly with water using a pastry brush, and then heavily sprinkle the seeds, maybe pressing them in gently to help them adhere? Depending on how stiff the dough is, maybe you could roll the whole braid...? Sure! That would be a fine idea! ~Amy
