Do you think this would work in a crockpot? I'd love to be able to set this up before church and come back to a cooked dish. I saw one other recipe in which they set the dish up and cook it on low for 5 hours. Do you think that might work with this one? Thanks! Yes, I think this will work just fine in the crock pot and for that amount of time. If you wanted to speed it up, high for 3-4 hours should work also. What a nice idea! Elisabeth
