Hi Jen, we generally don't recommend substituting gluten-free flour into a regular yeasted recipe. However, if you have our new Gluten-Free Bread Flour, you could make a braided wreath with our Gluten-Free Challah recipe. Note that this new gluten-free flour contains gluten-free wheat starch, and is not suitable for those who are allergic to wheat.
