When I cover the starter, do you recommend using a towel (like I use to cover the bread once all mixed up) or saran wrap? Or, do you use something else entirely? And my husband and his parents very much enjoyed the bread. Though my mother and I thought it was a little dry. When I make it again, I will try using a little more water for the starter.
