KAF Catalog used to have disposable Panetone and Colomba forms. I don't see any now. I couldn't find a colomba form (except a DIY aluminum foil instructions or boxes of hundreds) anywhere on this side of the Atlantic, although all the photos were in paper forms. I ended up making a braided egg bread.
Will the special holiday shapes come back? Even a re-usable silicone or metal pan would be welcome.
