Hi Julie,
Nothing like waiting until the last minute!
I also made the Easter Bread Wreath featured on the April 2022 edition.
I used KA all purpose and the SAF Gold Instant yeast. Measured metric and followed directions.
I had the same issue as other more recent comments. I had a very hard time with the texture of the dough when it came to the braid.
When baking the braid was lost because it raised so high. It smells and looks delicious, can’t wait until it cools.
