Hi Julie,

Yes, the 4th yolk is under the vanilla, and it's mostly broken up. If you follow the yolks like a trail from the butter chunk (I feel like I'm writing a pirate treasure map!), it's whole yolk, whole yolk, whole yolk, broken yolk.  Ahoy hoy, and happy baking!
