Tried this, starter was fine but dough ended up sticky mess. I weighed all ingredients, dough seemed way more sticky than expected. There were no notes about adjustments to get workable dough. Dough rose in about 90 minutes but when trying to get in out of bowl had to scrape it out and it just spread into a flat mess. Had to use dough scrapper to move it around, I tried greasing my hands after trying to divide it to work it into rope, impossible. I just used dough scrapper to put it into log form, covered it, let it rise(sort of out not up at all) then baked it. Rose some in oven but not much. Taste was good and but every disappointed. Any suggestions appreciated.
