So I do not have a bad joke, or even a good one to post, but I DO have an opinion about the KAF Italian Easter Bread...it is AMAZING! I baked it the same day I was preparing my Colomba Pasquale, our traditional Easter dove (an an absolute favourite any time and of course at Easter). The Easter wreath is simply delicious - delicate, light, slightly sweet, slightly rich, and completely addictive! No kidding, my Mom and I devoured the entire wreath in 4 or 5 days. It is perfect warmed up and enjoyed with coffee. I did insert eggs, as is tradition in Italy and the way my grandmother always made hers. This bread makes me think of Nona, who was the best baker ever! Along with all the other KAF recipes I have tried, this one is another "keeper." Thank you KAF!
