This was so amazing, once I finally got it in the oven. I don't have a stand mixer or bread machine, so I had a sticky mess, but thought it was okay, then my friend called to ask me to brunch, and so I put it in the fridge, then it just didn't rise after taking it out and was STILL a sticky mess. Then I finally decided to add more flour and knead it again. After that it rose great (just regular active yeast), and I was able to braid it and rise it again (I was worried my yeast would be totally dead!) then bake it. I used the juice from the orange I zested to make the glaze. I can't stop eating it!
