Beth, you could certainly add eggs to this wreath if you wanted to. While we don't have a tutorial, you can just follow the Tsoureki directions, tucking eggs into the braid as you go around, and then pushing them down a bit partway through baking to ensure they don't fall out as the bread rises in the oven.
