Why did the lobster blush? Because the sea weed... (sorry, that's what I get for being a BBC addict...old Vicar of Dibley shows!). =D Anyway...how long can the starter rise? Could I put it in the fridge? I may not be able to bake for 24 hours. Thanks!! Love this blog...it makes this displaced New Englander feel connected to home again! :)
