This version looks very similar to the traditional braid my Italian family makes. I hadn't thought about using Fiori di Sicilia for this, but I imagine it would be perfect. Fiori is heavenly! It certainly fits this so well! I also like to use a drop in my whipped cream for shortcakes for a little Italian "pop"! Kim@KAF
