Hi Christine! This recipe would be a perfect fit for a 9X5 loaf pan. No adjustments to the ingredients would be needed. Simply allow the dough to do the final rise in the pan and then bake as directed. You will want the center of the loaf to reach 205 to 210 degrees F, which may take anywhere from 35-50 minutes depending on your oven. Happy Baking!
