I am dying to make a good old-fashioned rye bread with that nice, thick crust on top and cornmeal on the bottom crust. Can this recipe be baked on a stone sprinkled with corn meal? The best the breads in our area come from a bakery over the Tappen Zee bridge or come from NYC. Thanks
