That's a good question, Aida! While we haven't tried it in our test kitchen, several home bakers have mentioned using various styles of yogurt in this recipe with great success. The key thing is to make sure that you're not using a no-fat yogurt, as it will leave the bread crumbly and dry. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
