Certainly, Elisabeth! For best results, preheat your pot with the oven for a good 30 to 40 minutes. So that you'll easily be able to lower the shaped loaf into the hot pot, let it rise in a bowl with a parchment paper "sling" to act as handles. Bake with the lid on for the first 2/3 of the bake time and remove it for the last stretch so it can brown. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
