I made this recipe the other day. I wish I had read the blog first, I subbed about 1/4 of pickle juice for the water. Next time I will use all pickle juice. The recipe came out very well. I did make one large loaf, and yes, it settled once out of the oven. Still delicious and still and impressive loaf. Thanks for the recipe!
