What a great bread, so happy with this recipe! My wife and I love rye bread with caraway seeds and buy it every week...not anymore! We are just going into Autumn here in Australia and this makes it easier to bake--not so hot. We are going to try other recipes from your site. This recipe was easy to make, and I do enjoy baking and cooking. Thanks again. Regards, Steve
