I have two questions about this recipe which probably show my lack of experience in making bread: 1. Can I use regular yeast instead of instant yeast? Do I have to make any adjustments in the recipe if I do this? 2. When you "mix to form a soft batter", do you mean mix by hand with a spoon, knead, or mix in a Kitchenaid with a dough hook?
