Love this bread ...one comment if using the deli rye flavor.......do not breath it in deeply straight from the pouch as it warns....but too late for me ....knocked my socks off! But the stuff is wonderful and use it in all rye breads it does make the difference...More down state (I am in upstate NY) taste ! Take it from me, don't store it in the same cabinet as your chocolate and caramel blocks either. Rye caramel is blech! ~ MaryJane
