Here's another try with a question; apparently other did no post. Is there any reason this bread cannot be made in a loaf pan(s)? Was just thinking size would be more uniform. Can't wait to try this! We think this works best on the sheet pan. You could try two small loaf pans, but they might end up sinking. ~ MaryJane
