I called the 1-800 number twice, as I have never attempted to make this type of dough. In addition to answering my questions, I was directed to the "blog" associated with this recipe. The directions were perfect - the dough was made yesterday & the pastries baked this morning. WOW...both my husband & my 96-year-old mother absolutely love them! Light, flaky, delicious...wish I could find a gluten free version, so I might try them, too...
