You certainly can make a half batch of this recipe, Numa! At this time we don't have any tutorials for different shaping techniques but a quick Google search of "shaping Danish pastry" turns up some great results. We're also happy to let the team know that this is something there is interest in for their consideration in the future. Happy baking!
