My first time ever making danish or a pastry from puff pastry. They came out perfect. I was really devastated while they were baking because I thought the marmalade had leaked all over the baking sheet but I discovered it was just butter "leaking" from the dough as it baked. Phew! Thank you for simplifying an intimidating pastry.
