I have made this pastry twice now. It helped to watch the many videos online and the different techniques people used to make this dough. I can honestly say that it was not hard just time consuming. The dough is so wonderful to work with and I received rave reviews both times I made it. I will be making this again and freezing it to see if it still works well.
