Looks like a lot of dough - would a standard home Kitchen Aid be able to handle it? If the standard mixer can accommodate 5 1/2 cups of flour, then it should be fine. We used the stand mixer to mix the dough, then all the rest is hand work! Happy Baking! Irene@KAF
