Last time I made Danish, I did sort of a knotted braid, and pressed the center down sort of flat and put the filling in the center. Came out fine. I've done one large one, and individual ones. They never lasted long for anyone to criticize the shape! I think one long Danish would definitely be worth trying, Cindy - thanks for the inspiration! PJH
