This has got to be one of my favorite posts. I am so new to yeast baking that everything I bake is a "first time" experience. And boy, some of my results are real doozies. Thanks for the inspiration to keep going without perfection as the goal. And by the way, your creations look delicious no matter their shape. They all should go to the head of the class! - joan Thanks, Joan - they're definitely "head of the class" taste-wise, even though they'd never win any beauty contests... :) PJH
