Hi Alma, this should work fine in this recipe, but keep in mind that oil is 100% fat, while butter is 80% fat plus water and milk solids, so you'll get added moistness with the oil and perhaps also a slightly longer baking time. I would still begin checking at the time recommended, but you may have to reset the timer from there.
