Somewhat confusingly, the definition of "teaspoon" can vary, DJ, especially when it comes to portioning out your dough. Our "Teaspoon Cookie Scoop", for example, doesn't measure exactly 1 teaspoon; it's sized to mirror the approximate amount of dough a baker gets when using the traditional dinner-table teaspoon to scoop cookie dough. The bottom line is that you should make yours the size that appeals most to you. Happy baking! Mollie@KAF
