I make these all the time however the recipe I have (that was written down years ago) calls for 2 1/2 cups flour instead of 2 1/4 cups. I find they do not spread as much and make a chewier cookie. That is how my BFF makes her cookies and I tend to like hers better than mine most days. ~ MaryJane
