Not to put too fine a point on it, but the correct pronunciation would actually be along the lines of da-KWAZ. That "e" on the end means that the "s" gets pronounced. But however you want to say it, the pictures look delicious! I'm under the same impression about the pronunciation, but I'm going to confirm this with MJ first.
