You can do that, they'll take longer to bake (just make sure the internal temperature reaches 205°F on a digital thermometer and the tops bounce back when you poke them) and since they'll take longer to bake, you could try lowering the temperature by 25°F so the edges don't dry out before the insides get a chance to bake through.
