I weighed the ingredients but dough was so wet I added 2Tbls extra KAB bread flour. Dough was silky and shiny. Rose well. But it was SO wet I couldn't shape the dough. After cooking for a while I covered with parchment and a small baking sheet as recommended. When I went to remove the parchment to flip them the dough stuck to the paper and pulled the muffins out of shape. Thoughts on what I did wrong?
